Case Background:
The client needed a simple dashboard to manage the onboarding of new employees and automate the generation of contracts and other HR documentation for each employee.
HR Onboarding Dashboard
We designed a simple dashboard with features including:

Quick views and filters to sort employees by onboarding status, start date, client, and missing documentation.

Buttons for non-logged-in staff members to quickly add notes to each employee's record and update documentation.

Calculations and views for revenue forecasting and easily viewing each client's payment schedule for outsourced employees. This could be manually updated in the dashboard for pricing changes.

​Automatically updated status fields showing payment status, onboarding status, and missing documentation. All can be manually updated as well.
Portal & Document Generation
We built a back-end system and client portal that allowed employees to track their onboarding and upload information and documentation. This was connected to a document generation workflow that fully automated the process of creating contracts and other HR documents.

Employees could enter their details and upload documentation into a custom form portal unique to each employee. Each entry would update their record main dashboard.

When the employee had entered the necessary details, HR documentation would be automatically generated via custom HTML code and added to their record.

The employee could e-sign their contract and other documentation in the portal, generated by HTML code, and then added to their record.

Employees would receive automatic emails reminding them of missing documentation and details, as tracked by the main dashboard.
