With more than 6 years of experience developing and implementing business systems and automation for small businesses and startups around the world, I've learned what it takes to make a company's workflows simple and efficient.

Through my experience, I've learned how to utilize the right tools and technology, and most importantly, how to make them work in a way that's simple and matches the needs of startups and small businesses. With my background in communication and experience in the customer service industry, I'm not only a developer and operations admin, but first and foremost a customer-focused communicator. Through my human approach to automation and business systems, the systems and workflows I've built are tailored primarily to the needs of the humans on the other end. I learned that no business owner should need to waste time and resources adapting to the needs of new technology; it should be the technology that adapts to your needs and the needs of your business.
