Case Background:
The client needed a dashboard to manage their accounting clients and automate a number of steps in providing their accounting service, including sending tax payment reminders and generating business compliance documentation.
CRM Dashboard
We designed a simple CRM dashboard with features including:

Dashboard views for the client to manage their clients' document onboarding, billing history, business activity, and more.

One-click action buttons to cancel or re-activate services, send documentation to clients, and update various business details for clients, such as the company's registered address and activation date.

Calculations and views for revenue forecasting and easily viewing each client's payment history and expected payments.

​Automatically updated status fields showing payment status, business registration status, and missing documentation. All can be manually updated as well.
Automated Accounting Service
We built a back-end system to automate numerous accounting tasks and workflows for the agency, including:

Generation of onboarding and compliance documentation via custom HTML code, triggered either from the dashboard, or a custom form portal where clients could enter details. Documents would be added automatically to the dashboard, and in some cases, emailed to the client.

Automated subscription management notifications to the agency and client for clients who were overdue on accounting payments. The agency's notification would contain a custom URL to quickly cancel or suspend their service, fully synced with the client's payment gateway and accounting software.

Full 2-way synced integration with the agency's accounting software, including sending new clients their account details and a generated temporary password upon registration.

An automated system to schedule, generate, and send a number of accounting reminders and reports to clients via email.
